I finally have some negative side effects to report

I think they are coming from Rogaine. I have hair growing on my face, like where hair doesn't even grow, right above the cheeks, next to my eye socket, and hair growing connecting my eyebrows with the side of my temples. Hair on my shoulders, eyebrows becoming thicker/bushy, eyelashes becoming thicker and longer. My facial hair on my mustache and beard are also becoming thicker. I am 24 and this has happened to me before, when I was on Rogaine. Then I got off it for money issues and my body hair/facial hair/eyebrows/eyelashes went back to normal.

I think it is because i'm overdosing on Rogaine. I use way more than the recommended amount. I use 2ml liquid at night, and I use a lot of foam in the day time. I use 4 foam blobs (don't know what else to call them) on my whole head. One in the back, one in the middle, and one on each side of my hair line.

Here are before and after pictures where you can see that although my hairline has improved and has became thicker, also hair regrowth is occurring, you can see my eyebrows are much thicker and bushier. Both are with same hair cut, #1 all over.

    Before (April 7th 2013)

    After (May 30th 2013)

My plan is to ride it out, since the unwanted facial hair aren't exactly fully grown. I'll ride it out until i'm comfortable using less Rogaine, that'll be when I get my hairline lower to the point that i'll be happy. I'll deal with the Chewbacca side effect for now. Just wanted to share this in case any one is having the same issues.

BTW can some one tell me how I can insert pictures in my post, the way every one else does it, like they are small but you can click them to see the larger version? I can't seem to figure that out yet, after 2 years and a half here.

If you just keep clicking next/previous back and forth, you can see the difference in the thickness of the eyebrows and even hair growing outside of the eyebrows. TBH, i'm not that concerned about the eyebrows, what concerns me more is the unwanted facial hairs.

Edit: The skin color difference is simply because I have a bit of a tan in the after picture.

The exact same thing has happened to me. My eyebrows grow into my hairline now. I just shave there every few days.

Get yourself some wax to use every couple weeks or so. You'll be fine. Extra eyebrows are a sign...that you have enough eyebrows. Which is good. =)

Not really. I sometimes add another half ml if I feel like it but that's pretty rarely. The thing is; I don't apply the 1 ml evenly over my scalp. I do half on my hairline and half on my crown. Perhaps that's why I'm seeing all the weird growth on my forehead.
