Take a look at this topical soulution- capsaicin for scalp?

What do you think about this?
    Pretty cheap - $10 for 120 ml.
Purified water, caffeine, saw palmetto, nettle, olive leaf, pygeum, rosemary, oleoresin capsicum, alpha lipoic acid, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), vegetable glycerin, potassium sorbate.

I think it could be helpful...

4 months in, taking soy and capsaicin every day.

Nothing major to report, thickness may be improved a bit but really hard to tell yet.
I'll wait at least 6 months before giving some judgement.

I was thinking of buying soy isoflavones but don't you have to be a natural equol producer for the isoflavones to turn into equol?

have you tried soy + capsaicin?
Soy by itself wont have any effect probably.

I'm VERY interested in folexen, has anybody tried it?
I'd take at least 6 months supply to see some results.

I'll continue using soy and chili peppers and also drinking at least a litre of green tea daily.
    Just in case it works.

anything new to report? I love all sorts of peppers in food so I consume a considerable amount already, but when I take in too much on a daily basis stomachaches are imminent so i wonder if taking it in a capsule would change anything.

More importantly though, wouldn't taking soy cause the same side effects as FIn since the science behind this method is based on the reduction of DHT and that is what causes all the side effects from FIN?

Anyone whom previously stopped Fin due to sides have started to take capsaicin +isoflavones and not experience any sides?

    Hi,
I'm 4.5 months in, nothing major yet to report.
I'm taking 1 soy isoflavone pill (750 mg isoflavones - 3% - so basically around 23 mg pure isoflavones) + drinking around 2-3 glasses of soy milk + eating 4, 5 small chili peppers and using tabasco on all my food.

I think thats plenty of both ingredients.

I hope to see thickening of existing hairs or some new growth as studies showed.

    No side effects.
    Still horny as hell.

If this is about reducing DHT, and youre not 100% sure if youre on the right path...why not check your hormone levels at baseline and after 3 months? Then you'll know youre doing something right...or horribly wrong...
