Default Stem cells from Bone Marrow

After Costeralis' discovery on the lack of progenitor cells in the scalps of balding men I wonder why more doctors are not trying to extract stem cells from bone marrow and re-inject them into the scalp. I think doctors should start trying this instead of PRP/Acell. If you think about it, the one thing that MAYBE working with PRP/Acell is where the needle is entering the scalp is causing a wounding process and the regeneration results in a little bit of thickening, nothing too cosmetically significant, therefore the actual PRP and Acell being injected maybe doing absolutely nothing.

The stem cells from Bone Marrow are adult stem cells with the capacity to differentiate and in addition there is a huge stem cell count. Maybe that's the answer to getting all the thinning hair to grow thick again, so why aren't doctors trying it out?

Didnt we hear Dr Hitzig state he would be doing this? He said in February he would have results from this procedure in "2 weeks".. low and behold still nothing, not even to tell us it didnt work, sometimes I think this whole website is just used by these "researchers" to sell transplants and get publicity, they need a reason to be here after all.

PRP/Acell might not work at all, the limited regrowth we see may be just the result of microwounding but stem cells from bone marrow actually has some science behind it, they can differentiate and sometimes change their function (possibly to progenitor cells in the scalp for baldness) and help solve a problem.

they have to damage slightly damage the follicles to start regenerating process and then inject this mixture but Acell and PRP only will not provide enough significance

Ever since I started losing my hair, I've been researching stem cell methods to regrow hair, since things like Rogaine and Propecia don't help for shit. I've been interested in the treatment of hair loss through the use of bone marrow stem cells as well. I've found three places in U.S. that perform this procedure except I'm skeptical since the three people who perform this are 'naturopaths' as opposed to regular doctors. I really wish that some regular doctors would try this procedure. Regardless, here are the links to the places in the U.S. that I found who offer this procedure:

It seems like something that would be more obvious to try...

Man, there are just so many other new technologies that doctors and scientists should be focusing on as opposed to scarring hair transplants and experimenting on mice. For example, scientists recently found a way to reprogram stem cells so that they have embryonic-like functional qualities. If this was applied to hair loss, then the faulty stem cells would function the way they did when they were embryonic, and subsequently develop progenitor cells and regrow hair. This technology really needs to be examined by some hair loss specialists and applied to the field of hair regrowth.

Can you link some information about that?
