Hi there Hopeeman !
The MORE IMPORTANT FACT is that the lifetime risk that a man will develop lung cancer is 7.62%, or 1 in 13 people!
Do you REALLY want to take that chance? Of course not,,get yourself prepared to quit smoking 'cold-turkey' and then do it.
I did look up that cigarette/hair issue..this is what ive seen so far:
Smoking can cause your strands to turn brittle and dull-looking.
This is because smoking constricts your blood vessels, restricting oxygen flow into the scalp.
Essentially, your hair ends up lacking the nourishment it needs.
Smoking can cause premature thinning of the hair — even balding in some cases.
A 2007 study published in the Archives of Dermatology proved that smokers, especially ones who smoke more frequently, are more likely to experience balding and thinning of the hair. This is most likely attributed to the fact that smoking damages the hair follicle and interferes with circulation and hormone production in the scalp.
A Medical Journal proved a link between puffing up and premature graying.
This can be attributed to the fact that the toxins contained in cigarettes can not only cause damage to hormones, but to hair follicles as well. Also, once hair does start to go gray, it can take on an unwanted yellow hue thanks to tar and nicotine contained in cigarettes.
Like a smoker's teeth.
Hopee' Do YOURSELF a favor and please take care of yourself-stop smoking as soon as possible...
Cheers to you my friend.

Hopee' , so glad to hear back from you!
And I'm so very glad that you will quit smoking!!
You will NOT regret it!
Cigarettes are just like any other drug.. You can become very addicted to it, physically and mentally.
Hopefully your addiction is not strong.
Quitting cigarette smoking can be tough but you will see how happy you will be once it's completely out of your system!!
You will not miss it- I promise you that.
I was addicted to cigarettes in my 20s but I realized that it was a health issue.
And so I quit 'cold turkey' , not an easy thing but once that cigarette drug is out of your system You will wish that you had quit sooner.
Stay active here my friend!
Glad to 'meet' you!! Cheers.

Smoking does not cause male pattern baldness, neither does poor diet, sleep or lack of exercise.

Hi Walrus, please read my initial response to Hopee'
It certainly can to a percentage and to a percentage of people. It has been medically proven for years---
The much more important topic is to quit smoking cigarettes before you get cancer!
Please consider that bro.. That is if you do smoke

There is no evidence that male pattern baldness is a blood flow related condition.
