help with ru

im asking that because someone told me that shedding its ok...but if the hairline go back at that shedding thats not a good sign....
anyone?

only side is my scalp is terribly dry i skipped the application today and put on some aloe vera and olive oil. Would that be a problem if I dissolve my RU in 70% ethanol not 95% i can't handle this dryness..
