    Improving Supplementation Regime?

    I would like to have your opinion about my supplementation regime.
    I'm currently working out 5-6 days per week in the local gym.

    My current supplementation regime:
    1x Multivit (Opti-Men) [https://www.optimumnutrition.com/en_...n-multivitamin, click on Supplement Information for Contents]
    2x Fish Oil 1000mg
    1x Green Tea 400mg
    1x Biotin 5mg
    1x MSM 5000mg
    1x Curcumin 1000mg

    Taking about 2L water per day

    I'm currently 25 years and balding (Norwood IV).
    I want to improve my hair without using Minox, Rogaine, Fina, Dut. I just want to improve my hair by food and supplementation.
    What do you guys think I can do to improve for my hair?

    Add 75mcg of D3 (3000UI) and 100 mcg of K2, make sure you get enough magnesium, calcium, iron and potassium from your diet. Make sure you eat around 15% protein if you are sedentary, bump that to 20% if you work out. The rest should be from good quality fat and no more than 30% carbs. MSM is a bit high, 3g is enough more will put strain on your kidneys in the long run. Sulfur is stored in cells mainly to make methionine and cysteine, the latter is necessary to form disulfure bonds which are crucial in maintaining keratin structure so keep taking it.

    What is the reason for the K2 supplementation? Is it very important for hair quality?

    I also lowered my MSM dose to 3g

    It works. But be patient. Vitamin D takes time to increase.
