am I going bald or just freaking out

Hello I'm a 22 year old I recently started freaking out about loosing my hair. everyone say it looks fine but I don't think so.i really want to know if it's a mature hairline or the start of me going bald.baldness at a young age does not run in my family. I think I noticed it the most when I started getting lower fade haircuts I'm in the military so I had high fade haircuts for the longest time.also I've used to rogain just a precaution for the past 9 months.and noticed small hairs come in then fall out. Please help I'll post pictures. Also my hair is wet in a few of those so it might look thinner.

Those do look like receding temples, and they might get larger. How much Rogain did you daily?

You are receeding, Regaine or minoxidol will only do so much before DHT kick starts. You have good hair and you currently have a chance to try saving further loss.

I would consider the following with professional advice:

          1. Finesteride stops DHT hairloss.
          2. Minoxidol
          3. Regenepure DR and NT, ketoconozole shampoo.
          4. 0.05% tretinoin.
          5. Hydorcortisone cream short term to kick start regrowth.

If you see tiny hairs at the border of your hairline, then it might be Male Pattern Baldness. You should consult a dermatologist.

I only use minoxidil 5%, and 1% Ketoconazole shampoo twice a week, and I'm seeing improvements. So, you mean that minoxidil won't help much in the future?

When you have such good hair shape and density, it will be impossible for us online looking at a few crude photos to tell you for sure whether or not you are balding (suffering from MPB). The only way to know for sure at this early stage is to visit a dermatologist where you can get a miniaturization test and detect early MPB and take treatments to keep hair for the rest of your life. By the way, making 3-4 threads in a row to ask the same question is annoying as **** and says quite a bit about how worried you are about your hair. Judging by that, I would say book that appointment with a dermatologist asap.

Is it normal for hairs to be spaced more in the front of the hairline or should it be a really tight group.also I have about 12 hairs in front of where my hairline ends??? Normal

If theres no history of early hairloss in your family its unlikely you will buck the trend. Go see a derm but I really wouldnt worry too much you look like you have really good hair. Take photos in the same light and positions every 3 months to make sure it isnt progressing and if it is just get on fin and its likely youll have good hair into your forties
