    3800 grafts....8 months....slow growth
I got a 3800 graft HT with 500 grafts placed in the crown and 3300 grafts placed in the front. I was only a norwood 3 vertex so the grafts placed in the front were very dense. I had my HT at surehair international in toronto and its only been 8 months now. i noticed the hair started growing really well at 4-6 months and then slowed down dramatically after that. The hairline doesn't look dense at all. i was wondering if the slow growth is because of the high density HT? btw the 3800 graft ht was one session and took around 11 hours.

pic shows front hair line....sorry the pic is upside down

I can't make out from the photo whether that is a good or bad result so I am sure nobody else will be able to, take some photos without the flash not so close up. The clinic would have taken some before shots? Or else they have nothing to compare whether you surgery has been a success. You should contact them and if you are concerned arrange a follow up with them in person. You should however wait until you are at the full year to assess as you should still see some improvements at 8 months. At this stage contact your clinic and see how they handle your concerns.

Definitely need before photos for a basis of comparison.
