Story I needed to share

Hi, I'll try to explain what I've been going through these last years. (sorry for my bad English)

3 years ago I've been diagnosticed with an ulcerative colitis, it was so strong that 3 months after the appearance of the illness they had to remove my entire colon. It's been a real pain in the ass for a few months with some complications but in the end everything becomes normal again. (I had to resume it pretty quickly)

Then 1 year ago I began to have a receding hairline. I didn't really care in the beginning but for about 3 months I've been caring more and more and I'm getting really obsessed about it. I had my DHT level checked 1 week ago and there's no sign of excessiv DHT, or anything bad related to hormones.

I do have some seborrheic dermatitis on my back and maybe some on my scalp, I have lots of dandruff and my scalp is really itching. Also everytime I do sport I can feel itchiness from inside in my whole body, and my face is often dry.

I don't really understand the cause of my hair loss but I can feel I have a inflammation on my scalp.

If anyone could help, I'd really appreciate.
