Using Minoxidil/Finasteride combo spray, where do I apply it
I was prescribed a spray minoxidil/finastride. I am also using laser cap therapy in combination with. My question is where do I apply the spray? I know I wouldn't use in the backs and sides where the hair typically is resistant to loss, but do I need it apply it to the entire top of my head or just in the front areas where it is currently receeding?

You can get rid of the laser because you're just wasting your time with that. You would spray the combo generally on the top of your head from your hair line back down to just about the a quarter down your crown. This prevents any hair on the top from falling out while at the same time encouraging hair growth.

Did the topical spray of finasteride work for you?

The topical is holding my current hairline in place. I use it nightly. I also use the laser cap regularly 75-80% days (id try to use it daily but I just plain forget). I also have used gromd shampoo over last 4 months. I'd be lying if I knew which exactly is working but everything I've read certainly makes me think the finasteride is the most important piece of what I'm doing. I planned on doing PRP treatments but the COVID shut down elective type procedures for last couple months. Will see if I'm willing to try it once we are back up and running.

I'm not gaining anything other than thickness in my hair I have but also I do think I'm holding what I have steady so far. I am about 15+ months out from a hair transplant from Feb 2019. I am too stupid to get the images the correct direction so apologies ahead of time. First 3 are pre transplant and last 2 after. The density of the transplant is much less than the rest of my hair but from everything I've seen this is expected. My donor areas have recovered and are not noticable at a very short cut. If you saw all the small dots carved out of the side of your head the night of the transplant this feels impressive A small spot never regrew that was transplanted into but is in a place its not seen currently in middle of head (think the size of 50% of a dime).

I like my results. Its a subtle but a fairly big change. I wish for a more aggressively fixed hairline but also know it has a chance took more realistic as I age. it would be pretty tough for someone who doesn't get to telework or work from home for month + afterwords to be honest. You dont look normal for a while after the surgery, especially after everything sheds. I never had to go into the office due to my work. Being realistic I'm glad I did this but I wonder how my good friend who is a lawyer could pull this off.
