Hi everyone I'm Ambrose and I started losing my hear a week ago. I need to start from my occupation. I'm a writer for a coursework writing service and recently we received a very, very big amount of orders and not so long ago 50% of my colleagues left the company. I started working nonstop and was able to let myself sleep for only 4-5 hours a day. Been working in this rhythm for the past month and it's terrible. I feel like shit sorry for the word, but I can't describe it any better.. So a week ago I started constantly losing my head hair due to this damn big stress. My question was how do you guys think will it be enough to just relax and get myself enough of rest and sleep eat well and stuff? Will my hair stop falling down or do I have to ask a specialist and undergo a course of therapies or something like that? Thanks for your attention and please let me know your thoughts in the comments below. And be careful with your nerves it's literally all you have. Cheers!

I'm unclear on whether or not this is an ad or not for that "coursework writing service" you have hyperlinked, but I'll give the benefit of the doubt. ;)

First things first, take action to start getting your anxiety/stress under control. There's no way to know for sure how much of the hair fall is related to the stress, but based on what you're describing, it's probably not helping. That said, if the hair loss is related to stress, it will most likely subside once your anxiety is under control (unlike MPB, in which case it's almost irreversible aside from using medication).

What steps are you taking to get your job under control? Are they hiring someone new? Are you taking more on than is humanly possible? Is there a way to address this with your boss so that you're mind and body are taken care of? All of these things get to be handled for your own peace of mind.

I am a patient advocate for Dr. Parsa Mohebi in Los Angeles, CA. My opinions/comments are my own and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of Dr. Mohebi and his staff.

There are a lot of best services that can work with courseworks for different subjects. And you can share your tasks with them. It will solve your overloading with work. And everything will be ok with your hair. Just keep high attention to your nutrition and sleep more.

For maximum effectiveness, apply to the scalp once a day for women and twice a day for men. Many people prefer lather that is applied to damp hair. Minoxidil products help many people grow hair or slow down hair loss, or both.
