Not sure, wouldn't interpret to much into that at that point. Maybe they are rewriting the blog post as some parts of it weren't written that well (not that my English is perfect as I'm a non-native speaker, but even I recognized some grammatical and formal errors in their post).
Just keep calm and check back tomorrow or so.

Maybe anyone knows how this is supposed to work? I got a chance to get this solution, but not sure if it will be effective...

I guess the best thing you could do is to it try out for 6 months and measure your DHT serum levels in regular intervals via blood tests from your doc. And of course monitor your hair state.
Maybe you could ask the compounding pharmacy if it's really silicone particles that are attached to the liposome or if the liposome is formed from the silicone itself and builds the liophilic part of the liposome-bilayer.

Has anyone downloaded them?

You can find the study in the first comment. The other pdf is just the prescription in a pdf form IMO.

As much as I wish you could just buy and use this it really doesnt hold much water until they have some proof the extra cost vs the oral route is worth it. Like proving it does not lower DHT like propecia but still lowers the DHT locally in the scalp by the same amount. Saying it does that or should do that just isnt enough.
