39 balding, any thoughts as to the severity

I have not noticed any hairs coming out, I never find hair on my pillow, in the plug after washing, but I have had a itchy scalp, and when itching hair is pulled out.
you can also see receiving hair line, i think it is quiet high?

I have never had a shaved head. but should I do it? its the ideal time I can blame covid as the Barbour's are shut.. maybe a thing that it has come as a surprise, I have cut my own hair for over 10 years.. so no on has ever told me I am thinning.

Tell me what you think guys please, I really need advise.
