18 been balding since im 14 (with pics) :((

Hi guys,
i am 18 male (turning 19 in a couple of months) and im reaaaally bothered by hair loss since i have been a little kid. I remember being 14/15 and having a bald spot (the size of a coin) on the front part of my head:// Now 4 years later i realized that my overall head is really diffuse , which i believe especially accelerated over tha last year sadly.

Concerning my genetics : - dad and paternal grandfather are bald - maternal grandfather had great hair including the rest of my family, which is really depressing because even my DAD started balding at 27 and not at 14!!!!....i already visited a dermatologist who did bloodwork and said that im deficient in vitamin d and that my iron values can be enhanced. In addition to that she said that my estradiol was too high i think up to 40 was normal and i had 90 or so, which was also the reason why i seeked help from an endocrinologist, who to be honest was really incompetent. I should also mention that my mom has thyroid problems but mine is perfectly fine according to my doctors.

I have now been using minoxdidl for almost 11 months, without any results, i still lose a lot of hair all over my head ://..and i have also taken supplements without any success....what in the world is causing my hair loss?..its really weird because my whole upper head is very diffuse including the sides and back of my head!!!....should i start taking finasteride or will my hair come back??....thank you all for reading my boring complains. i attached two images at the same day with wet and dry hair
