Hey man you can always try topical melatonin, coq10, pumpkin seed oil, oleuropein pills and select lash (amino acids) topically.

Well that's an unfortunate, simplistic response to a very complicated issue, and I don't think it serves anyone on this thread to have such a narrow view of how any one person should address their hair loss. For many people, a hair transplant isn't a viable option, but for many other men, it is.

To the OP - do your research, ask lots of questions, keep an open mind, and find out what your options are and what would work best for you and proceed accordingly. As long as you take your time and do thorough research and make an educated decision with properly managed expectations, the odds of you having a positive outcome with this are much better. Listen, Dutasteride 0.5 mg daily will do the job of regrowing your hair. Start it with 1.5mg daily for ten days(it is the loading dosage) then drop to 0.5mg. Use minoxidil 1 or 2 times a day and use dermaroller 1.5mm every week (till your scalp bleeds ).
