Need help with new topical and/or oral HL treatment

I am a new member to the bald truth forumn who has been suffering severe diffused hair loss for approximately 10 months. I've gone from a very thick head of hair to one that is now visibly showing my scalp.

I have been to 2 dermatologists over the past 6 months who have given me 2different diagnosis. The initial one was diagnosed as early MPB and my second derm indicated it may be telegen effluvium. I had all the necessary blood work done but there was no underlying physiological concerns that would cause my hair loss.

Since I began my hair loss journey over 10 months ago, I have tried several treatments and 'am still currently on proscar (about 8 months). I have tried the following treatments to no avail and continue to lose ground rapidly: virile mane, minox, laser comb and A&G Complex. The A&G Complex gave me a reaction which required me to revisit my dermatologist and subsequently was given cortisone cream to treat my scalp.

I am at a loss as what to do.

Aside from the proscar, is there any other topicals and/or oral treatments that you maybe able to recommend to me. I've heard some positive testimonials from people using applepoly but the product is very expensive. Also, would you suggest adding saw palmetto to my current regime.

Any and all advise is welcomed. At this point my best expectations are to at least slow down the shedding/thinning process and hope for some regrowth.
