Is this MPB or stress related?

I’ve noticed that I have a patch in the centre of my head where it looks like I’ve lost some hair or it’s thinned. If my hair doesn’t lie in a certain way you can see glimpses of the patch in photos. At the moment I’m able to cover it but worried that this could continue to spread. I find it weird how it only seems to be here and nowhere else so I can’t work out if this is the start of MPB or is it due to stress as I’ve been extremely stressed this year due to a number of different things going on in my life.
