    A little update :fin/minox 6months
Hi guys, I posted here about 6 months ago

Since then I've taken the advice to start battling my hairloss as best as I can. My current regimen for the last half a year has been :

    1.25 Fin x1 a day
minox x2 a day with dermaroller (hopefully helps)
    Nizoral (1%) every other shower
days I don't use Nizoral I'm using Nioxin
biotin as much as I can
and also quit my cigerette smoking by almost half if not more

So so far I've been on this regimen since June 2013, and now it's December 2013. I know that fin usually needs about 12 months to fully show it's potential but I'm just wondering on what you guys think on here.

Sometimes I'll look at my hair and think "nothing's working..it looks horrible still" and other times I'm actually thinking it might actually be filling in. I wanted to know what you guys think and if I'm actually getting anywhere. I can say that I MIGHT be noticing the frontal area looking a little more filled in as opposed to before and I'm not losing that much hair in the shower, but as for the crown sometimes I think it's better sometimes I don't.

The pictures I took around June can be found here:

And since I took the pictures with my hair wet, I made my hair wet for these pics I just finished taking (As well as with dry hair):

    baseline pics won't load

Regardless, just keep at it, which it sounds like you're planning on doing.

I think we all go through the days where we think things are working and other days where our hair looks like crap. Just keep on with the battle and see where it gets you. We just can't get discouraged, which I will admit is easier said than done. I can't tell you how many times I am ready to just say screw it and stop all treatments.

    for sure man.

The way I look at it is...

If I end up shaving what I have left off, everyone looks better with that no guard stubble, no matter what's left. So we'll keep that!

And then I could play in the snow :)

imho recent pic 7 looks better than baseline pic 4, so it looks like youre responding at least in the crown :) I dont think there is regrowth in the front though to be honest...
