    That's up to you Mega.

Just to make things clear, I only posted the products because people were searching for it. Im not saying it improved my hair, grew hair or maintained hair. I don't even know if it's benefiting my treatment. Just a part of my regimen, my theory of how to make my hair grow again.
I saw results before using the items I posted that contain Red Seaweed. I started using it because of its carrageenan properties, not because how it affected mice in the study. Lots of things work on Mice that have ZERO affect on us.

I have no idea, but funny thing is that a lot of asian cultures say that eating seaweed makes your hair darker. (kind of an old wives tale though)

I'm using ecklonia cava which is an Asian deepsea algae. Dunno how related it is to this seaweed. Not sure it's helped with the thinning but interesting comment re making hair darker. I definitely don't need to dye the grey out as often - used to be every 6 weeks, now sideburns only and every 4 months. And my eyebrows are much darker and thicker.

How did learn about Ecklonia Cava? Where do you purchase from?

I get it from an ebay supplier. It comes from the coast of Okinawa. I read about it on a hair loss forum. I also take astaxanthin, another marine super antioxidant after seeing a youtube video showing that a slice of apple dipped in a drop of astaxanthin didn't oxidise.
