    Hm...

the test results were accomplished by intake of 75 mg of isoflavones daily.
As they said - It's less than 1 liter of soy milk.

That guy from mens health drank 3 and more...
It's not like I'm protecting soy or anything.

Just trying to make some kind of conclusion here.
Maybe the test would prove effective even with lesser soy amount and bigger pepper amount?
Probably no one knows the answer cause it hasnt been tested yet..

    Yes.
Sounds crazy - I know, but the results are very good. They used 75 mg of soy isoflavones and only 6 mg of capsaicin (chili pepper).
Now interesting thing is you can buy a supplement for the whole year that has 450 (!!) mg of capsaicin for just a few $. Thats good but I'm wondering is 450 mg too much? Probably not because thats just grounded pepper extract - nothing more.
Isoflavones are more expensive - to get around 70 mg daily with a supplement - you would need at least 20$ monthly.

Capsaicin is basically in ANY hot food - peppers, tabasco... It's very cheap as a supplement also. They used only 6 mg daily.

Soy is found in tofu, soy beans, soy milk (you should drink 3 glasses daily to get 70 mg) small amount is found in soy sauce...

    Yup.
3 glasses (each one is ~300 ml) of milk is 70 mg or above of soy.

But for tabasco - I don't really know.
Tabasco is very low on "hotness" level.
It has score of 5000 units, while the pure capsaicin is 16 million.

But I guess spraying it a bit on your every meal is good quantity.
Don't go berserk on it thou, too much of it can irritate the stomach, mouth etc.. :)
