Please Help me what should i do?
Already lost Hairs on temples + Hair is thinning now. I m so worried. :confused:

You shouldn't worry too much.Your hair loss is nothing.Im 15 and I started receding and thinning almost right after my 13th birthday and now I've lost a lot of hair I have huge bald spots in front of my head(Pictures can be shared if asked) and I have been worrying for so long but people tell me tht ur too young or focus on your studies but I want to wait till I'm like 17 before using minoxidil because I don't want to start when it is too late.

There's no reason to wait try minox, even though it's actually useless...

How to stop thinning

Try to use derma roller with minoxidil it helps. In one study it showed that patients with only minoxidil grew 17 average hairs in a given time while those who used derma roller grew 91 average hairs in the same period. But after using derma roller use minoxidil 24 hours later and use derma roller once a week 1.5mm. It's cheap like 10 bucks

Plus in my case again I'm 15 receding and thinning since 13 it's really bad and my dad just says to accept but he doesn't know since he has fullness of hair. I want to wait till like 17 to start using minoxidil since I'll be older but I'm scared tht it will be too late then considering the speed my hair is falling.
