    If I was raising money if be putting feelers out everywhere.

    Who knows why they are. And who knows what they have already raised.

    Unless Gail way lying to us she talks about Japan in her interview. Take a look at that.

    I got this from the Histogen presentation -

    "Histogen is currently seeking permanent financing of $18M from sale of Series D
    stock, to be used for:
     A US Phase I clinical trial of HSC in female diffuse hair loss
     A US Phase II HSC dosing study for male pattern baldness
     Preparation for a 2016 initial public offering (IPO) on NASDAQ
     Expansion of our manufacturing capacity to meet increasing forecasts

    Histogen is currently in late stage discussions for HSC licensing with partners in China, Korea, and Japan. If successful, partners will pay for a phase III trial in their territory."

    So the money is really for US trials. Hope that clarifies.

    I posted this in a few other threads but think it is important:

    Spoke to someone at Histogen and it won't be available to earliest 2019. I personally don't think it will ever become available.
