Tricopigmentation in the US?

Is Milena's tricopigmentation available in the US yet? If so, who is the most experienced practitioner?

young, I will be opening a temp SMP clinic (being trained by Milena) in the NYC area in mid-summer. Currently Dr. Shapiro's SMG clinic offers it.

Good to here....... How experienced will your techs be and how close to Milena's skill set will they be? Is this a skill that once trained sets everyone up to be the same or is it a knack one has and some just have the touch?
