First I want to say thanks as this forum has helped me alot over the years.
I have some slight diffuse thinning on hairline(particulay one side), so I was looking to try to thicken things up.
To do this I have made some regimen changes in the last two months and was considering also adding Saba Gel. I would like some advise as to where to buy and/or make this. Do you guys just put the 0.25 % retin A cream, then 1% cortizone eod? ... or do you mix together to make the "saba gel"? Or buy pre-made?...
below is my history(for previous 7 years) and the switch i made in the last 1 month to try to get some extra gains at hairline. As prior to this, i felt things slowly get a bit worse.
My history
Finasteride 2.5 mg / daily 5 days a week)
Dut .5mg (2 days a week, days not taking fin)
rogaine (foam am, liquid pm)
nizoral 2% 3 days a week
My current new regimen (for last 1 month)
finasteride 2.5 mg eod
Dut 0.5mg eod
rogaine (foam am, liquid pm)
emu oil + rosemarry oil (once a day, a couple hours before evening shower)
Ru58841 50mg (mixed with 2ml of neogenic), 1 hour after evening rogaine)
indian oils 2 times a week (entire head)
Appreciate your advice on the saba gel and how to best go about using and also getting/making

Are you really using 2.5mg fin and dut because of thinning on the hairline?

yes, I alternate DUT with 2.5mg fin.
I have some diffuse thinning on temple. There is also a very slight thinning throughout (though not detectable with my hair dry). In I norwood scale I would still be classified as NW 2 i believe.
For several years i was on fin 1.25 mg/day.
But it slowly started to decline, so i increased the dose to 2.5 mg / day for approx 8 months. Which I dont think helped much to stop the very slow decline. So I mixed in DUT 2 times a week (fin 2.5mg the other 5) for approx. 6 months. Then Dut every other day for the last 2 months.
Might eventually just make the transition to DUT every day and drop fin.
I never had any sides from either.
To really target the hairline, I was hoping to get some info on saba gel. I cant seem to track down the details.

Hi I tried it once (I got it on prescription), but the results were not so encouraging for unknown reasons. I heard, it is really beneficially for hair growth, specially, when it’s a hairline loss. It works great if used in combination with minox, at least that’s what my doctor mentioned once. However, go ahead if you feel it might work for you. The only 2 ingredients we need is 0.05% hydrocortisone (cream or gel) and 0.025 Retin-A (again, cream or gel) and you can mix in a 4:1 ratio. You can even dilute the concentration further.
