18 depressed need advice!!!

Greetings from Ireland :) Iv been a big fan of the website for about a year now! Altho iv never talked openly about my problems yet I would still like to thank everybody for openly sharing their stories It has helped so much to understand that there are people out there willing to help through their own suffering :)

I am now 18 and have been losing hair since i was 16. I cant tell you in words how much this has affected me in every aspect of life and still is.
I have no money for products and with no help from family i am really stuck and depressed. I cannot believe the major loss of hair i have experienced, most on top and a bad receeding hairline.

What can i realistically do? maybe a phychiatrist with my depression? I think that could help

Thanks for the advice maggie I will contact a dermatologist. But i have no conditions that im aware which concerns me cause my only other choice would be a hair transplant or plugs
