Dermamatch at 1 mo post-op?

Howdy,

I am at one month past my HT and I would like to start using Dermamatch again but am concerned about rubbing out hair grafts. I do not have any scabs left on my head. Any vets have some experience/advice here?

Verify this with a medical professional, but after about 10 days post-op, your grafts are completely anchored ... irreversibly. So I think you are good to go. After 10 days, my hair transplant doc said I can do whatever I want, including returning to my regular hair care products. He even said I can slam my head against the wall if I so choose. :-)

I use Toppik and lots of hairspray. Dr. Hasson told me I can begin using these products again after 2 weeks.

It is ok to use it now Michael.

I used my concealer 10 days post op and all is fine.

Thanks for the replies you guys. I washed my hair normally for the first time last night and if felt soooooooooooo good! It was so nice just to rub my head again after all that itching! And, since I've lost all of those transplanted hairs, I really needed to conceal again. Hopefully in 6 months or so I will start needing that much less!
