Micro-pigmentation - Discoloration (greenish)

Hello Everyone

I'm interested in having micro pigmentation... and i want to hear your opinions, specially the ones who did this...

the most thing i am afraid of is the discoloration, i heard some people get this greenish color on their head. does this color fade away? how to get rid of it? how to avoid it?

Hello there, I have recently had SMP, and have seen other people who have had SMP and if done properly by a trained practitioner, there is no discoloration. The pigment used sometimes does fade to a degree, but not to a different color such as green or blue, which is outlandish. The degree of fading has many factors, the experience and technique of the practitioner, the type of pigment used, the immune system of the person, the elasticity of the scalp, and a few others such as ultra exposure to UV Rays. One person I met on here had SMP 3 years ago and there was no change in color. How to avoid it ? Find a quality clinic/company and research, ask questions, and most importantly try and meet someone in person who had it done. Pictures don't do results justice, as lighting can affect how it looks in person.

Three years with smp....no discoloration. Use a top notch service and you don't have to worry.

I think over the three years I've personally had a cup of coffee with about 75 guys so they could see for themselves..

A guy did it for me back in April 201o so I could see what smp (then called mHT) looked like....he had a scar too in the back of his head that they successfully covered ...

He was a good guy and once I met him....I knew which direction I would go..

I saw your post about SMP. I am considering having it done, and would love to ask questions from someone who'd had it done years ago. I've done the basic research. But do you have any advice you wish you knew going in? Right now I am looking at GLI for having been around a few years and answering for any complaints in a professional way. I got a positive review from a guy who went there a year and a half after having it done.
