Would money help speed up cure for hair loss? What if everybody who suffers from hair loss donated $1? Would they speed things up?

isn't it a $10 billion dollar industry? if so, can't see a dew dollars from us will make much difference, they know we're desperate for something better and have our money in our hands waiting.
