How old were you when you got the surgery? You look really young... I am also balding really fast I am only 20 but I am only ALMOST in norwood 3V.
I will definitely get transplants in the future, but for now...rogaine and propecia. I hope I can maintain what I have an get some regrowth.

I also started losing my hair young and it SUCKED! Losing your hair in college was a terrible time in my life when it should have been one of the best. :(
You might want to look into using Advodart and Fluridil. I have found these to be the best combinations.
Also, a concealer like Topik does amazing things with thin hair.
