    Need Some Opinions Please!
    Hi guys,

I'm 22 years old and initially noticed the front of hairline to be thinning from the age of 17. Since that age it hasn't progressed considerably and seems it's occurring at a steady rate. I've always had a pretty thick curly/wavy head of hair and wouldn't have minded if this occurred at 30 years of age but not now!

I started taking Propecia 1mg since January this year and use Nizoral 3 times a week. I should have taken update pictures but from a visual observation it doesn't seem to have gotten any worse, thankfully!

I would appreciate people's view on the likelihood of these medications stabilising my hair and when I should ever consider a hair transplant if need be.

    Cheers guys

Well first all of congratulations if you say you're maintaining on Propecia. That's what it's for. Hair looks very thick with only slight temporal recession, nobody will know you have MPB. Just keep doing what you're doing and you should be able to maintain that hair for many years to come. No need to worry about adding anything else, and certainly not a hair transplant! Just keep taking pictures every few months and monitor the situation. Sounds like you are a successful responder though.
