2026 grafts in the frontal third by Dr. Alexander

This patient is 6 months post op. He did not have good donor density at all so we knew we weren't going to get a lot of grafts; certainly not enough to cover the top with great density. Even though we only got 2026 grafts, his transplanted hair is consistent with the density of his hair on the sides and back.

At only 6 months he is coming in very nicely, good job as usual Doc :)
