Saw Palmetto??

And have you notice any less hair loss?
From all the reviews and articles on it, nearly every were it states that it stops dht.. i know it used for prostate problems.. have you felt any difference in general?

Nope, it depends on what your reading. From the hairloss forums I've read very few who have had any results at all, it might be at best IMO a very weak fin.

Best thing is try it or don't thats the only way you'll know.

I tried procerin, but couldnt really afford it. I wonder if just buying the saw palmetto soft gels would do the same thing?

save your money,it's a scam.basically saw palmetto but they charge a shitload of a money.just go pick some up at vitamin shop.

It does look like they include saw palmetto, that stops dht and then the other stuff basically helps grow hair and reduces stress level i think.. and when i read up on it, it looks like stress contracts and tightens the skin and what ever muscles on your head.. so i think the anti stress vitamin reduces that... but also thats what they used on does mice.. they injected something to reduce the stress level..

wish i had a bloody lab to figure it all out!

Hi Spex, I noticed in your e-book you mention your routine at the time in 2011 including both Finasteride and Saw Palmetto. I’m researching adding Saw Palmetto to my daily routine however I’m on fin. Do you still take both? Or how has your regime changed now?
