I noticed that I have less hair on my crown when I was 15 years old , I am now 20. I haven't noticed a big change in the past 5 years. But I am suddenly freaking out that I might be balding. Should I just take a chill pill or change my diet and get professional help or something like that?

It is hard to tell with this picture. Changing diet doesn't do much if anything for hairloss. Keep taking pictures every 6 months to a year and compare them.

Take a chill pill for sure! Almost everybody's hair looks like that in the back when it's short like that and under those lighting conditions. If you want to focus on anything keep an eye on the hair line as that's often where the business first makes itself evident. But don't focus too much! It's very easy to imagine things are happening with your hair when they aren't. When they are, you will know, trust me! Now go out there and enjoy your goddamn hair, you lucky bastard!

The area thinning is visible in is too large for this not to be baldness. The light is bad and I'm sure it's not a serious issue right now, but I'd be 99% sure that is MPB.
