22 years old. Diffuse thinning. Need help

Hey guys. I'm a 22 year old guy and I think I'm starting to thin diffusely. I'm attaching a photo of my hair just after a haircut directly under a tubelight and another under normal light. My hair stylist also said he felt my hair was thin. My father is 50 years old and still has a full head of hair. My granddad on my mom's side had hair all his life. Can I still be suffering from MPB? How do I stop/reverse this?
