Rate my Norwood!

Hi guys I'm new here! First of all, please excuse my english, I'm French Canadian!

So I've been noticing a change in the overall look & feel of my hair in the past year. I've broken up about a year ago with my 7-years girlfriend and let's say my life has taken a very intense turn in terms of partying/drinking, lack of sleep & poor nutrition. I have a feeling this has accelerated my hairloss.

I've just started the big three last month and decided to shave completely my hair in order to assess the state of things. It doesn't seem too bad to me, there seems to be some recession at the temples (but I always had a very widows-peaky kind of hairline) and overall thinning but I'd like to get some of your opinions!

To me, it doesn't look like you have any hair loss. Simply a mature hairline.

wow you guys are very generous. I appreciate it, but I'm not exactly sure it's that good for me. I feel i lost a lot of density in the past year. like, there used to have a lot of resistance from my hairs when i would sweep my hand in them. now, it feels very light...

maybe the hair is just not in great shape because of the crazy year I've been through, but here's a picture of last year to show the difference in terms of shape and density!
