Dr. Lindsey Plug repair at 6 months
This interesting fellow had plug work done a few years ago and came in this May for a 1400 graft plug repair.

Many readers have heard my "tree-farm" analogy. Essentially this guy had a nicely growing but regularly spaced clump of trees. By planting lots of individual trees in an irregular pattern, the straight hairline was successfully naturalized. And by planting doubles and some triples back in the "farm" he achieved nice density. We went just a bit into his existing hair so that with future loss, he won't show as quickly.

    2 important issues:

First, he asked me NOT to address the notch you can see up front and indeed yesterday said he doesn't regret not fixing that and may come back in the future for a small FUE repair.

Second, this is 5 months and 3 weeks. He lives pretty far away and I don't expect to get any more pics unless he comes back for the notch, but almost certainly he'll thicken more by Memorial day 2011.
