PLS HELP ASAP - I need to get a very good hair system in nyc - PLS SUGGEST

I googled so many pages and I just got more confused.
All I read is people paying $5000 for a service in NYC..

Can someone recommend where can I go to get a quality piece and not sell my kidney for it...?

I have an excellent hair dresser but I will probably need someone also to show me how to do for the first time...

If you want to visit a place you will surely have to sell your kidney. Those places are seriously more expensive than doing it yourself.

Have a look at youtube vids and try it. I have been doing it myself from day one and its really not that hard.

What colour is your hair?

Go online to the Northwest Lace website. You can buy a high quality hair system for approximately $200. No need to pay $5k. Other options are Toplace or Hair Direct. Hair Direct is slightly more expensive but they will hold your hand if necessary. However NW Lace and Toplace also have very good service. All 3 of these suppliers have very active forums frequented by experienced hair piece users.

If you have an experienced hairdresser to help you the process should be very simple. Most people who wear are in the "do it yourself" category. Few have difficulties with the process.

Other online suppliers with good reputations in addition to the three I mentioned.

popular video. decent hairline, but the density is way too high to start with. the stylist did a lot of thinning and not all stylists will do that. Unless its done it will look wiggy. But still get the density right from the start.

And thats crucial. The system is just the raw material. You need a competent stylist to bring it together.

Top piece, NWL and UKHairSystems in London are 3 I have used and recommend. I believe all ship worldwide.

Hair piece is ok. Perhaps a bit high with density.

Since you are in NYC USA it makes no sense to me to order from an overseas company when you are a beginner. Stick with NW Lace, Toplace or Hairdirect.

Can anyone suggest a place I can go to to in New York so they can help me pick the right piece for my hair and measure it.
