When can I start sending PMs?

This board has some really stringent rules when it comes to sending PMs? How many posts do I need so I can send messages?:confused:

PM's are not enabled on this forum, however, you can go to a member's profile and leave them a note that contains your email if you wish to have private communications with that individual.

Winston, is there a way to get PMs enabled on this forum? I think it would be a much better approach compared to posting publicly on a member's wall.
