dude you made the statement rockstars dont go bald due to thier alcholism (which again varies - we do not know how often they used to drink and is not consistent) somehow affecting thier horomones... the same can be true for diet...all be it not proven with a study...although a correlation was made in pre ww2 japan, which you refuse to take into account.

yeah the problem is that the ability of producing equol is not guaranteed and likely won't happen.... even if it does, you would still have to take soy stuff for life

the science is there but unrelated to mpb...one example, is insulin affecting shbg levels. its up to you to make the correlations as to its effect on mpb.
