Hairline receding or Mature?

hey there. I am a 32 yo male and recently I have noticed that everytime I shower, I notice a few hairs on my hands after washing my hair.

I then feel like I physically started to notice thinning at the top of my hairline. I have started to freak out about it so I wanted your input. Am I starting to thin/bald? Or just mature hairline?
