Have a question about using natural oils to moisturize and nourish the head. Which do you think is best to use, how often and have you had any experience?
I was reading that almond oil, coconut oil, pumpkin seeds oil, emu oil, virgin olive oil, castor oil, jojoba oil, alma oil etc. are good for your hair.
But which one's best to use for preventing baldness, keeping the hair I have and possibly regrowth of some hair? Or is it better to maybe mix 2 different kinds?
There's a lot of stuff on the internet, not sure whats best or who to trust.
My situation:
I think I'm NW2 or NW3 now (my dad has about the same hair as me but he's 50) and genetically we have very little baldness.
Currently other things I'm doing are:
-taking 250mcg biotin daily and Vitamin D
-shampoing everyday with nioxin or head and shoulders 2 in 1
-using nizoral twice a week
-using minoixral once a day
-adding pumpkin seed oil to food
-drinking green tea instead of coffee
-eating healtheir, more water

Shan
Castor oil, Coconut Oil, Jasmine & Vitamin E Oil. Mix them in bottle or plate and apply Massage scalp for 5 - 10 minutes.
Use every night before bed.
Thats what saved my hair.

Interesting combination of oils. I have never heard of that before. I would imagine your pillow cases are quite oily in the morning.

To my knowledge there is no evidence that any oil will stop you from balding.
