I have started noticing this though hair loss during massage is quit a lot.

What do you think when will my scalp start showing, also my hairline is not receding, just this crown.

Do you have any before pictures? Everyone is different so it could be a slow process or not. It also depends if you do nothing. Rogaine would be a good choice right now. You can buy the equate brand at walmart and it is cheap.
