Dr. MARAL Istanbul- INCOMPETENT staff?- Please help

Hi guys,

I had a 3k grafts done in Istanbul in Dr.Maral's clinic on 26th/Nov/2018.

The clinic seemed to be professional- even Dr. Maral before the surgery was convincing all is to the highest standards.

Well, it went NOT as promised:

During the implementation new grafts into the channels 2 people were doing my head for 2h 15min. The lady was on the right doing right side, and the guy on the left doing left side.
The lady was inserting the grafts non stop for this 2h15min (very professional and very focused), but the guy was leaving the room couple of times in total for about 30-40min!
When I came back to the hotel and saw the the difference in number of grafts inserted between the sides- IT WAS NOT THE SAME! (see pictures).

I sent an email (screen attached) but noone replied.
When I went to the clinic to take of the bandages- the staff were convincing it will not be visible, I should not worry about anything and when I asked why the guy was not doing my hair all the time- they answered maybe he went for a break.

I was in shock because the place where I work- you go for a brake after THE JOB IS DONE.

The questions are:
1. do you think ill have visible difference in hair density due to having less grafts on one side?
2. Should I complain do Maral again and hope to get a reply? I assume he will write- lets wait 6 months for the results- blowing the problem off

3. What options do I have in general?

I am so pissed that Maral has a I_DONT_CARE attitude worker and I may SUFFER not not have desired density on a half of my head!

All I can do right now is to highlight to EVERYONE about the clinik, make a Youtube Video, be as active on the forums as possible to so everyone can know how really is in there.

Please tell me what do you think about it.

Hi I read your story very interesting I've been looking at hair transplant clinics for about a year on and off as looking to have a transplant myself, I recently read some reviews on real self about Dr Maral patients its a mixed bag of opinions some good some not so good. How has the growth been on both sides?

UPDATE:

after 10 month I can confirm- one side is NOT acceptable, but the other one is DRAMA.

DO NOT CHOOSE THE MARAL CLINIC- its rubbish, SUPER LOW DENSITY, and you will loose money and your look.

Its just a DODGY clinic.

Have you contacted the clinic surely they would have to fix the left side for free, did the doctor not have a look at your head straight after the surgery? Where you not asked if you thought it looked ok at the end of the operation, the female surgeon must have know that the man was not doing his side correctly I can't understand why she didn't step in to sort the left side out. Did the clinic photograph your head straight after the surgery.
