How to get the hair back quickly?

Hi. I had hair loss problem a while back. My doctor diagnosed as stress and malnutrition. Luckily, it stopped completely. Even when I wash my hair, they don't fall. But my hair was still thin on top (3 months already). What should I do to get the thickness back. The doctor said that it will take time to recover what I lost. Thank you so much.

PS. I saw some small hairs coming back very slowly, but they are very thin.

Stress causes temporary hair loss. Hair will regrow after proper treatment or stress is reduced. If your doctor said it will take a time then have some patience. Wait and watch that's all you can do right now.

Unfortunately, your hair might never grow back thicker by its own accord unless you have some hair regrowth treatment such as finasteride.

PLEASE, do not listen to nasmasheik!!...How dare you come on here and just bluntly through around your horrible advice, just to advertise a place you obviously work for. If you are just a little thin all around and get an HT, you will destroy your hair, guaranteed. Give it time. If that doesn't work consult your doctor and consider fin. The hair transplant route is the last weapon.

If you really don't have male pattern baldness and it's just stress and malnutrition, then try MSM or Biotin. They are used to grow hair quickly. Don't confuse them with hair loss products though, they are not to stop hair loss or regrow MPB affected hair.
