Hair fall?

Hello, I’m a 19 year old male and I’m a bit concerned. Sometimes I get a nervous tick and I grab a hold of a section of my hair with a few of my fingers and pull. Sometimes hair will come out. Never more than 2 at a time. I do this repeatedly and after my scalp is really sore. My question is, is the reason my hair comes out because I’m unknowlomh pulling hard or is it early hair fall?

Find a way to take control of these nervous tics! Get in the habit of doing something else when you're nervous, like snapping a band on your wrist or... chewing on a pencil, ... anything else :P
