    Does this look like a balding pattern?
    I'm 30 and my hairline doesn't seem to be receding on the sides, but under bright light I can see my scalp easily in the front. I have thick hair so it's hard to tell, but I wear my hair brushed forward with product. If I come it to the side you can't see.

    I haven't noticed any thinning in the back, just this weird low density in the front. I'm not sure if this has changed over time or not because it's hard to see in normal pictures.

    I don't see the photo, but when you put a bright light on the scalp and take a photo, you can create the illusion of thinning even when you don't have thinning. It's strange but true. There are far better ways to objectively evaluate thinning.
