Day 19 post op. Advice?

Hi all.

As in title I'm on day 19 after a 3720 graft Fue.

Quick question, as I've failed to find much info on the subject.

Yesterday I noticed I have swelling behind my right ear. it feels like the bone and isn't sore (Mastoid?)

Is this normal or do I need to get it checked out?
