Prozac hair regrowth

I am dealing with hair loss since I was 13,14 years old, now I am 25 and experienced period of regrowth but all of them unfortunately were temporary the last time was kind of unusual for me after been on prozac for two months I experienced hair regrowth but as I drop it the shedding from next month started, I know it sound crazy but I also achieved regrowth with Nizoral but at first month but then by continuing it the massive shedding started(and it is not MPB definitely since I used finastride in heavy dosage for long period of time and also there is no hair loss in our family).
does anyone can explain why my I am loosing hair

I'm not a doctor, but losing hair at 13/14 is obviously early. I would talk with a doctor and have him/her do some blood work to rule out things like some sort of vitamin deficiency.
