Can you source where they stated that they would be applying CB twice a day? and where they said that it was going to tested as a "gel"?

On Cosmo's site, it now says this when on CB-03-01 section... I don't know if it's been newly updated or not. What's up with this patient? October 2014, that's like... now lol
