Hair miniaturization?

Hello, I’ve been confused about wether these little hairs on my hairline are miniaturization or something else. I used to pluck stray hairs from that area so I really can’t tell wether they are just those hairs growing back or miniaturization. Ive circled the area of concern. Any input helps.
